• Account details you provide: email address and authentication identifiers
• Access Passport answers: state, payment preference, and budget range — nonclinical by design
• Order records for Founding Membership, including status and receipts
• Basic usage and referral data such as pages viewed and the source that referred you

We do not ask for or store weight, BMI, diagnoses, medications, lab values, or medical history. The Access Passport is a consumer access tool, not a medical intake form.

To operate your account, deliver Founding Membership benefits, send transactional email such as receipts and confirmations, respond to your requests, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on Truvela systems. We retain only the order record, status, and receipt reference needed to support your purchase.

We share the minimum necessary with providers that host our infrastructure, process payments, and deliver email on our behalf. They may only use it to provide those services to us.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from non-transactional email at any time. Contact privacy@truvela.org and we will respond.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account exists and for as long as we need them for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. When a record is no longer needed, we delete it.

Truvela is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
