Accessibility

Truvela should be usable by everyone, on any device, including with assistive technology. This is what we do and how to tell us when we fall short.

Last updated 18 August 2026

Our target

We build against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines as our working standard. We treat accessibility defects as product defects, not as cosmetic issues.

What we do

  • Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate structure
  • Keyboard access for every interactive control, with visible focus
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Colour contrast checked against our design tokens, in a mobile-first layout
  • Forms with real labels and error text tied to the field

Known limits

Third-party components we embed, such as the payment checkout, are outside our direct control. If one of them blocks you, tell us and we will work with the provider or offer an alternative route to complete the task.

Tell us about a barrier

Email support@truvela.org with the page and what went wrong. Describe the assistive technology you use if that helps. We will reply and tell you what we are doing about it.
