Founding Membership Terms

Founding Membership is a one-time, nonclinical membership. These terms explain exactly what it is, what it includes, and what it does not buy.

Last updated 18 August 2026

What Founding Membership is

A one-time payment that grants permanent Founder status, a Founder number assigned in purchase order, premium access to Truvela cost tools as they are released, and priority invitations to new features. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

What it does not buy

It does not purchase medical care, a clinical evaluation, a prescription, medication, pharmacy fulfilment, insurance coverage, or any determination of clinical eligibility. No part of the fee pays for treatment.

Pricing and cohorts

Founding Membership is sold in cohorts at published prices. Your price is the price shown for the next available Founder number at the moment your checkout is created. A slot is held briefly while you complete payment and is released if payment is not completed.

Founder numbers

Founder numbers are assigned sequentially when payment succeeds, are tied to your account, and are not transferable or exchangeable. One Founding Membership per account.

Feature availability

Benefits described as forthcoming are released as they are built. We do not commit to specific dates, and features may change as the product develops. Benefits marked available today are available now.

Refunds and revocation

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, Founder-specific benefits are revoked — but your account, free membership, and Access Passport remain intact.
